Where required, Yonix Trade’s Quality Engineering team uses advanced quality tools, i.e. process capability analysis to assure that our customers have a consistent quality that meets their stringent requirements.

Our staff of Certified Operator / Inspectors are trained to inspect every job, prior to packaging, to ensure that it meets the customers’ requirements.

Our suppliers ISO9001 certificates guarantees that in-process checks are made during the manufacturing process and raw materials are only purchased from reliable sources with certification.

If necessary or upon customer’s request products can be inspected by an accredited test lab.

All devices utilized to monitor or measure the manufacturing process parameters or product conformity are routinely calibrated or verified against standards that are traceable to national measurement standards to ensure valid results.
